DAY 01 – SRINAGAR ARRIVAL
Meet and Greet at Srinagar Airport on your arrival. Proceed to your pre-booked Houseboat at famous Dal Lake and check in. After refreshment you can go for Return to your Houseboat. Dinner and overnight stay at Srinagar.
DAY 02 – SRINAGAR SIGHTSEEING
Check-out of your houseboat post breakfast & go for locals that includes a visit to the famous Mughal Gardens – a collection of beautifully designed gardens including Shalimar, Nishat Bag and Chashm-e-Shahi; known for terraced lawns, colorful flowers, and flowing fountains inspired by Mughal architecture. You also may visit Botanical Garden, Pari Mahal or Peer Mahal – a beautiful seven-terraced Mughal garden located at the top of Zabarwan mountain range overlooking the city of Srinagar and the south-west of Dal Lake. Shankaracharya Temple or Jyeshteshwara Temple is a Hindu temple situated on top of the Zabarwan Range which is at a height of 1,000 feet above the valley floor. Check-in to a hotel. Dinner and overnight stay at Srinagar.
DAY 03 – SONAMARG EXCURSION
After breakfast drive to the majestic mountain resort of Sonamarg. It is called as the Gateway to Ladakh. On the way alight from your vehicles at the tourist spot of Gagangir. The spot is built in the middle of the river Sindh and looks like an island with snow glaciers covering one or the other spot. In Sonamarg you may take a 3 hour walk or horseback trip to the Thajiwas Glacier. Return to Srinagar in the evening for overnight stay.
DAY 04 – GULMARG EXCURSION
After an early breakfast, drive to Gulmarg – called as Meadow of Flowers – is at an altitude of 8700 ft. Gulmarg is a famous Ski Resort and the worlds highest 18 hole Golf Course. On Arrival in Gulmarg, one can go for the Gulmarg Gondola ride which is a tourist attraction itself. It is one of the highest cable cars in the world, reaching 3,979 meters. The two-stage ropeway ferries about 600 people per hour to and from the gondola main station. Return to Srinagar for overnight stay.
DAY 05 – DOODHPATHRI EXCURSION
After breakfast proceed to Doodhpathri (a meadow), mesmerizes tourists with its scenic beauty and mountains comparable to European Alps. Situated amidst Sang Safed valley, Doodhpathri is reputed for having some unique spring flowers. The mighty river Doodh Ganga makes this destination more thrilling. The natural slopes of Doodhpathri offer skiing opportunities to experts. Take a ride to further points like Palmaidan or Diskhal Meadow. For those seeking a thrill can avail Paragliding during summer. Return to Srinagar for overnight stay.
DAY 06 – SRINAGAR – PAHALGAM
Today after early breakfast, check out of your Hotel and proceed to Pahalgam. On the way you will reach Pampore where you can visit famous saffron fields, Awantipora and the village of Bijbehara which remains famous as the bread basket of Kashmir. Pahalgam is a picturesque valley (which means The Shepherds Village)- renowned for its exotic forests, pretty water streams and imposing snow peaks. Check in to your pre-booked hotel at Pahalgam. Later you may go & explore Aru valley, Beetab Valley and Chandanwari. Spend your evening in leisure or you may go for some shopping at Pahalgam market. Overnight stay at Pahalgam.
DAY 07 – PAHALGAM SIGHTSEEING
Post breakfast go & enjoy a trip from Pahalgam to Baisaran Valley, famously known as “Mini Switzerland.” Depart from the Pahalgam pony stand or market area. Reach the meadows after a 1-hour pony ride or trek. Wander through the lush green meadows surrounded by snow-capped peaks. Try Baisaran Zipline Adventure or zorbing. Capture panoramic views of the Lidder Valley and Pahalgam town. Then head back toward Pahalgam. Later you can explore the local attractions on your own by walk like Mamaleshwar Temple, Shri Gaurishanker Temple near Lidder View Park. You may also spend your evening having a Lidder Riverside Walk. Overnight stay at Pahalgam.
DAY 08 – PAHALGAM – SRINAGAR DEPARTURE
On the last day of your trip, check-out of your hotel after breakfast and proceed towards Srinagar Airport / Railway Station to be dropped for your Return/Onward journey.
