DAY 01 – KOLKATA ARRIVAL & SIGHTSEEING
Meet & Greet on your arrival at Kolkata Airport / Railway Station. Proceed to the pre-booked hotel. Che-in & relax. Spend the rest of the day at leisure or you may opt for shopping etc. Overnight stay at Kolkata.
DAY 02 – KOLKATA – DIGHA
Drive from Kolkata to Digha (approx. 4-5 hours) via car. Check into a hotel & relax a bit. In the evening enjoy Dheusagar Park. This park is known for its serene environment and a toy train ride (OR) you may opt for Amarabati Park. Situated near New Digha Beach, features lush green lawns, a small lake, and a fun ropeway ride. Then spend rest of the evening relaxing at New Digha Beach and exploring local markets.
DAY 03 – DIGHA SIGHTSEEING
Today after breakfast proceed to pay a visit to Digha Jagannath Dham. A recently added, architecturally significant site. Later visit the Marine Aquarium and Regional Centre. In the evening visit the nearby Udaipur Sea Beach or Talsari Beach & experience the sunset. Later go for a quick 7-9 km (20-30 min) journey across the Odisha border to the ancient Chandaneswar Shiva Temple. You may join the Sandhya Aarati there. Return to your hotel after a long day. Overnight stay at Digha.
DAY 04 – DIGHA – KOLKATA
Enjoy an early morning trip to Digha Mohona Watch Point – a popular spot to view the confluence of the River Champa and the Bay of Bengal, known for its scenic views and a vibrant fish market. Also visit Shankarpur. Explore the beach. Return to your hotel. Check-out post breakfast and proceed back to Kolkata. Again check-in to your pre-booked hotel for the overnight stay.
DAY 05 – KOLKATA SIGHTSEEING
Today go out and explore the Maa Bhavatarini Temple at Dakshineshwar & Belur Math in the first half of the day. Later visit Kalighat Temple, Victoria Memorial & you may also enjoy a drive pass on the iconic Howrah Bridge in the second half. Rest of the evening at leisure or you may opt for shopping at New Market or Gariahat Market. Return to your hotel for overnight stay at Kolkata.
DAY 06 – KOLKATA DEPARTURE
A memorable trip comes to an end today. Its time to return home. Proceed to Kolkata Airport / Railway Station to get a drop for your onward journey.
