DAY 01 – KATHMANDU ARRIVAL & SIGHTSEEING
On your arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport of Kathmandu – we welcome you to Nepal – The Land of Himalayas. Proceed towards hotel. & relax. In the evening visit Boudhanath Stupa – where you will experience Tibetan rituals & culture, Pashupatinath Temple – One of the Holiest Hindu Temple of Lord Shiva. Experience the divinity during Sandhya Aarti. Relax or enjoy at casino by your own. Overnight in Kathmandu.
DAY 02 – KATHMANDU – CHITWAN
Today check-out of your hotel and drive to Chitwan. Chitwan is 180 Km from Kathmandu & is a 05 hours drive from Kathmandu. Chitwan is one of Asia`s premier wildlife reserves. Its 360 square miles of tall grasslands and forests are home to a wide variety of mammals and birds, including several endangered species. Overnight at Chitwan.
DAY 03 – CHITWAN SIGHTSEEING
Today enjoy Jungle observation at Chitwan National Park. The highlight being the Elephant Safari in the jungles. Other activities are Canoeing, Dugout Canoe, Nature Walk and Bird Watching. Also experience walking through the forests with naturalists. Watch & enjoy a traditional Tharu cultural stick dance performance the of the Terais. Overnight stay at Chitwan.
DAY 04 – CHITWAN – POKHARA
Check-out of your hotel & head to Pokhara – about 180 Km & 4 hours drive from Chitwan. From Pokhara town (2,352 feet) the 25,000+ peaks of the Annapurna and Dhaulagiri ranges rise a scant 20 miles away with no intervening ridges to spoil the view. Overnight stay at Pokhara.
DAY 05 – POKHARA SIGHTSEEING
Start your day at Sarangkot, the most popular viewpoint in Pokhara. From here, you can watch the sunrise over the Annapurna and Dhaulagiri ranges, including the famous “Fishtail” mountain (Machhapuchhre). After breakfast, proceed for Bindhyabasini Temple – visit this hilltop Hindu temple dedicated to Goddess Bhagwati. It is one of the oldest in the city and offers a great panoramic view of Pokhara and the mountains. Visit Devi’s Fall (Patale Chhango), where water from Phewa Lake vanishes into an underground tunnel. Just across the street is Gupteshwor Mahadev Cave, a sacred site containing a naturally formed Shiva lingam and a view of the waterfall from inside. Hike or drive up to the World Peace Pagoda for sweeping views of Phewa Lake and the mountains. Alternatively, visit the Pumdikot Shiva Statue, the tallest in Nepal, for panoramic valley vistas. End your day with a relaxing boat ride on Phewa Lake. You can stop at the Tal Barahi Temple, a two-story pagoda located on a small island in the middle of the lake. Return to your hotel & relax. Overnight stay at Pokhara.
DAY 06 – POKHARA – KATHMANDU
After Early breakfast, proceed towards Kathmandu. En-route visit Swoyambhunath Stupa on the hillock from where you see the Kathmandu Valley also known as Monkey temple & check-in to your hotel. Overnight stay at Kathmandu.
DAY 07 – KATHMANDU DEPARTURE
Check-out from Kathmandu hotel & proceed to Kathmandu Airport to catch a flight back home.
