DAY 01 – AIZAWL ARRIVAL
On your arrival to Lengpui Airport / Sairang Railway Station Near Aizawl – the scenic capital of Mizoram, transfer to Hotel. Aizawl is also can be called as religious and cultural center of the Mizos. The town is blessed with exotic natural beauty and is famous for its handicrafts. It is an ideal hill station for tourists looking for solitude and clean air. In the evening, you may visit Bara Bazar – the main market (shopping) place. Overnight stay at Aizwal.
DAY 02 – AIZAWL SIGHTSEEING
Today after breakfast, proceed for the sightseeing of Aizawl town which will include the visit to the State Museum (This museum is situated at Mc Donald Hill in the town center. Though small, it has an interesting collection of historical relics, ancient costumes and traditional implements), You may visit Solomon Temple, Typical Mizo village Zokhua – Falkawn, Lalsavunga Park, Hlimen. Overnight stay at Aizawl.
DAY 03 – THENZAWL EXCURSION
Today after breakfast, proceed to Thenzawl – a town in Mizoram, offers several attractions. Enroute take a short break at the Tropic of Cancer Point. Later visit Vantawng Water Fall – 750 feet in height, is known as the highest waterfall of Mizoram. Next you may visit Tuirihiau Waterfall a unique waterfall of its kind. In the evening return to Aizawl for overnight stay.
DAY 04 – TAMDIL LAKE EXCURSION
Today in the morning, move towards Tamdil Lake a popular tourist spot in Mizoram, is known for its serene beauty, surrounded by hills and forests, and is ideal for boating, fishing, and picnics. It`s located about 85 km from Aizawl. Later while returning to Aizawl, you may stop by in the village of Baktawng (if time permits) – famous for The Chana Family – gained international attention for becoming the World`s Largest Family and their home has become a tourist attraction. You can witness their unique lifestyle and learn about their culture and traditions. Overnight stay at Aizawl.
DAY 05 – AIZAWL DEPARTURE
On your final day of this beautiful trip, proceed towards Lengpui Airport / Sairang Railway Station to get a drop for your return journey.
